What you'll be doing...…

  • Assist the new setup department; support strategic financial planning and analysis while ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial operations and compliance.

  • Contribute to financial initiatives and special projects, with exposure to Hong Kong IPO preparation, M&A, or corporate restructuring highly valued.

  • Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisals to support business expansion and capital projects.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track business performance and identify improvement areas.

  • Analyse cost structures in manufacturing settings and partner with department heads to drive cost efficiency and operational enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices to support financial decisions and business planning.

  • Maintain accurate financial statements and statutory reports compliant with Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations.

  • Strengthen internal controls and optimize finance workflows for greater efficiency, scalability, and risk management.

What we're looking for....

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.

  • 6–8 years of experience in in-house finance for manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.

  • Solid expertise in operational accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

  • Prior involvement in IPO readiness, M&A, or corporate finance projects advantageous.

  • Deep knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.

  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle or other platforms

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency required for cross-border work
