 Due to fast expansion, we are seeking a high-calibre Assistant Manager to Manager– Corporate Finance to join our head office in Hong Kong.

Job duties including but not limited to:

• Support the end-to-end IPO process for CSW on HKEX or other relevant exchanges, including preparation of listing documents, financial sections, and regulatory submissions

• Coordinate with sponsors, overall coordinators, auditors, legal advisers, and regulators, ensuring all timetables and deliverables are met

• Participate in evaluating new investment projects, M&A opportunities, and capital expenditure studies

• Assist in financial modelling, valuation, peer benchmarking and preparation of investor presentations and Q&A materials

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across manufacturing operations

• Conduct financial and operational analyses to identify improvement opportunities and cost efficiencies

• Assist in management reporting, review financial KPIs, and support internal audit and control processes

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives

What we're looking for....

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)

• 8 years’ progressive experience, with manufacturing, trading, or industrial industry ,Big 4 auditing background is highly preferred

• Familiar with HKEX Listing rules, corporate governance, and regulatory disclosure requirements

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin required for cross-border work
