IT Manager - Operations & AI

At CSW, technology powers everything we do. As we continue to scale our global footprint, we are seeking a self-driven, tech-savvy candidate to oversee our multi-office IT infrastructure and drive company-wide AI integration.


What you'll be doing...…

  • Lead end-to-end IT operations and system performance across Hong Kong and all overseas company offices.

  • Drive company-wide AI transformation—identifying, rolling out, and integrating practical AI and automation tools.

  • Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, cloud platforms, and hardware procurement.

  • Partner across internal teams, vendors, and regional offices to align IT priorities and resolve technical issues.

  • Optimize IT workflows, streamline processes, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

  • Train and support staff to ensure smooth adoption and safe, secure usage of modern AI applications.

  • Track performance with key metrics; manage IT budgets, licensing costs, and vendor agreements.

  • Travel to regional offices as needed to oversee system implementations and resolve issues on-site.

What we're looking for....

  • Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines with over 5 years’ experience in IT management.

  • Proven experience managing multi-office IT environments and leading digital or AI implementation projects.

  • Detail-driven, highly organized, and able to perform calmly under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communicator and problem-solver; effective at explaining technical tools to non-technical staff.

  • Technical knowledge of cloud systems, network security, and modern enterprise AI tools.

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

  • Occasional travel to regional office locations required.
