Are you experienced in…
Manage the the full-cycle recruitment process for the positions in HK, PRC and APAC regional hiring needs.
Responsible for accurate payroll calculation, including MPF contributions, tax filings, and comprehensive benefits administration.
Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure full compliance with the Hong Kong and local Labor Ordinance and other employment regulations.
Support the performance management process, including annual appraisals and compensation reviews.
Coordinate training programs, including onboarding, skills development and compliance sessions.
Organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities and company events.
Maintain HR records and analyze metrics to improve recruitment planning and data-driven decision making.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
✔️ 5+ years solid HR generalist experience in Hong Kong (PRC/APAC exposure a plus)
✔️ Hands-on payroll experience with strong knowledge of HK employment laws
✔️ Familiar with C&B benchmarking and annual salary review processes
✔️ Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
✔️ Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems and MS Office (Advanced Excel)
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
