What you'll be doing...…

• Manage and oversee production timelines to guarantee timely and precise delivery

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and international clients

• Monitor factory efficiency and optimize production capacity and inventory management

• Travel to factories in China and abroad for in-person schedule monitoring

• Supervise the entire merchandising process from product development to shipping

• Address bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure adherence to factory, quality assurance, and client requirements

• Oversee plant expenses, budget management, and performance evaluation
  

What we're looking for....

• A minimum of F.5 or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector

• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of functioning under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities to engage with clients and factories

• Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data and extract significant insights

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and Vlookup.

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Willingness to travel frequently to China is essential.
