Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inspection, correct unsafe issues, and prepare safety inspection reports.

• Provide regular briefings, safety training/upgrade plans.

• Assist the Registered Safety Officer/Program Manager in preparing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and reviewing all on-site safety items.

• Prepare safety reports, attend safety meetings and prepare meeting minutes

• Prepare materials/documents for safety audits and ISO certification

• Monitor employee safety performance by implementing a safety management system

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above

• Possess a safety supervisor certificate.

• Good with computer operation in both Chinese and English, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hardworking.

• Ability to work independently and to function as effective team member.

• A valid first aid certificate/valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
