Key Areas

• eCommerce: Consumer Electronics and Toys.
• Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, promotional campaigns, website development, affiliate marketing, eDM, social media, CRM.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive website sales performance using Shopify or other CMS platforms
• Manage product listings, pricing, and identification of potential items
• Develop and optimize SEM campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Analyze website performance data (e.g., sessions, conversion rate) to improve SEO and overall site performance
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Prepare regular reports to review and track sales performance
• Liaise closely with third parties (e.g., affiliates and publishers) to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer issues
• Update website promotions by assisting with recurring promotional rules and updating website marketing materials
• Support eDM campaigns by preparing content and materials and sending email communications

*Handle ad hoc marketing tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are a plus
• Well-organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong interest in eCommerce
• Knowledge of Canva is a plus
• Experience with any eCommerce backend system is an advantage
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce management; fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to work independently and under pressure, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English
