Are you an experienced developer ready to tackle complex challenges and build mission-critical internal systems that power a successful international e-commerce operation? We are seeking a talented Web Application Developer to focus on enhancing, integrating, and maintaining our core operational platforms, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OMS (Order Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and WMS (Warehouse Management System). This role is crucial for maximizing efficiency, data integrity, and operational scalability across the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure internal web applications and systems, specifically focusing on ERP, OMS, CRM, and WMS.
• Build and optimize custom applications and backend services with Node.js to automate business workflows and meet specific internal requirements for managing inventory, orders, customer data, and logistics.
• Design, implement, and manage database structures, writing direct SQL queries to support complex application logic and reporting needs (excluding reliance on ORMs like Entity Framework).
• Lead the integration of various internal systems and third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, logistics partners, marketing platforms) with our core operational systems to ensure seamless data flow between CRM, OMS, and ERP.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across all integrated systems, focusing on the reliability and performance of internal tools, particularly for customer and order records.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing) to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, user-friendly internal tools.
• Practice Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver incremental value and respond quickly to evolving business needs.
• Maintain high code quality through best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in developing complex web applications and managing server environments.
• Proven experience developing or integrating with internal enterprise systems such as ERP, OMS, CRM, WMS, or bespoke inventory/logistics/customer platforms.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Node.js for building scalable backend applications and APIs.
• Strong expertise in database design and hands-on writing of direct SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally React/TypeScript.
• Experience working within an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operationally-focused cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required for effective internal communication across different teams.

🌟 Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience or interest in leveraging AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools to enhance internal operational efficiency (e.g., predictive customer service, inventory optimization).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security best practices for internal corporate applications.
