Merchant Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide merchandising and operation support to the buying team in an effective and timely manner.
  • Inputting and updating data in relevant reports which will aid sales and stock management.
  • Manage SKU creation, data entry, and ensure product listings.
  • Liaise with suppliers on products ordering, pricing and delivery issues
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Higher diploma or above, Merchandising/Marketing or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of buying / Eshop/ experience preferable
  • Proficient in both Windows and MS Excel
  • Attentive to details, good numerical sense and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, energetic, well-organized and able to play as a good team-player
  • Fast learner with a positive working attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
