Your duties leading to produce financial reports and schedules are:

• Gathering financial data and supporting documents

• Verifying and updating book entries

• Drafting accounting statements and related listings

• Other ad hoc tasks in serving clients

Requirements: 

We are looking for candidates who have any Accounting certification. Having previous experience in accounting, auditing, and tax would be beneficial. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good command of Cantonese and Putonghua, are vital. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.

Engagement Clerk

Responsibilities                                 

• Perform general clerical duties

• Data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, delivery arrangement etc.

• support Audit Department for engagement jobs

• Follow up with clients for accounting and auditing matters

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above with 2 years or more commercial related experience especially in CPA Firm

• Good computer skills with MS office application (Word, Excel), English and Chinese Word Processing

• Speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and fair English

Have accounting playground preferable
