As a Project Officer, you will work with diverse clients across various industries, planning and delivering high-quality events and travel experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with clients to understand their
requirements, objectives and budgets.
• Design and develop comprehensive travel or event
proposals, including but not limited to itineraries,
costs, and logistical details.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, including
airlines, hotels, coach companies, and local
vendors.
• Manage end-to-end travel or event logistics,
including flight bookings, hotel reservations,
ground transportation, visa and event
arrangements.
• Oversee on-site support during events,
coordinating with vendors, managing issues, and
providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging
destinations, and travel regulations to provide
informed recommendations and innovative
solutions.
