ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking customer-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for dedicated customer and provides active travel consultation towards the business customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional advice on wide range of travel offers such as air tickets options, hotels, package, transportation, cost-saving alternatives, visa requirement, travel insurance product, etc. to travelers

• Respond to customers’ enquires and requests in a timely professional manner

• Search, create and confirm travel itineraries, bookings and reservations for the customer including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, tour packages, related fares and fees in a timely accurate and efficient manner

• Assist in visa arrangement and purchase travel insurance

• Contact local / overseas suppliers on travel arrangement

• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentations

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in corporate travel

• Hand-on experience in travel booking, reservation and ticketing

• Knowledge in GDS Sabre or Amadeus is a must

• Demonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellence

• Excellent communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills

• Independent, responsible, positive, multi-tasked, and able to work under pressure

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Travel Consultant”
