Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the Company’s safety and security management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Conduct site inspections, accident investigations, risk assessments and monitor safety performance of all stakeholders in Terminals;
- Prepare regular accident statistics, summaries and reports;
- Assist in planning and conducting safety & security training programs and departmental safety committee meetings;
- Liaise with government departments, security contractors and internal parties on safety and security related issues;
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Occupational Safety and Health or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in safety and security management;
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
- Possess HKSAR driving licence classes 1, 2 preferred;
- Knowledge in ISO45001:2018 & ISPS is an advantage;
- Applicant with More experience will be considered as Officer - Safety and Security.
