Air Operations Executive ( OVERNIGHT SHIFT)

  • Prepare air import/export documents.

  • Perform tasks to provide operation and documentation support for the daily operations.

  • Planning & follow-up existing orders.

  • Import and export declaration.

  • Coordinate and liaise with airlines, local transport, and overseas offices.

  • Provide RFQ and competitive time-critical solutions.

  • Independent, hardworking, and initiative

  • Detail-minded and customer-oriented

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to interact with different cultures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbally.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and numerical skills.

  • Client service consciousness.
