Job Responsibilities
l To oversee and monitor daily car park and property management issues;
l Handle and follow up customer requests, enquiries and complaints;
l Supervise the performance of cleaning, security
l Manage frontline staffs & follow up human resources administration;
l Arrange quotations and tendering
l Clerical duties;
l Assist in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
l Experienced in property management or relevant experience:
l Proficiency in PC software;
l Outdoor work is required;
l Mature, responsive & self-motivated;
l Ability to interact with people from all levels;
l Hold valid driving license
