Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor and maintain company environmental management and related systems;
• Ensure the compliance of environmental regulations and contract requirements;
• Conduct environmental duties;
• Supervise Assistant Environmental Officer when required;
• Health and safety duties are occasionally required;
• Willing to work among sites.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in environmental discipline;
• Well-versed in local environmental regulations;
• Hands-on experience in green construction system;
• Completed the Environmental Officer Course;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry;
• With professional qualification such as BEAM Pro, LEED AP and WELL AP would be an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work independently;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Officer.
