Job Responsibilities:

• Support the department to perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and staff performance management
• Responsible for developing, delivering and implementing training and development initiatives and solutions to fulfill the training needs and staff development strategies;
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the design and implementation of various training programs;
• Provide logistics and administrative support for training and development programs;
• Review and maintain training database and training record management
• Prepare regular training reports and training performance analysis.
• Assist in carry out the performance management cycle, communicate with department heads/ line managers to ensure the cycle completion
• Any other duties / projects assigned

Job Requirement:

• University degree preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration
• At least 3-5 years related working experience in training and development function
• Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense
• Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Able to work under pressure and react with changes
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is an advantage
