We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:
IT Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as site project end user support at 1st level on system and network
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
  • Responsible for Daily IT operations, such as installation / removal /upgrade of hardware and software
  • Maintain IT network infrastructure and architecture in accordance with the business strategies and security requirements
  • Provide technical advice and governance in network infrastructure and security for business and infrastructure projects
  • Review and improve network design, core network equipment and systems operation and solve network infrastructure related issues
  • Review technical setup to fulfill regulatory, internal control requirements and ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 requirements
  • Work closely with IT team to deliver IT projects and initiatives
  • Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Computer Sciences/Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a service desk support role
  • Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP), WLAN, DNS, DHCP,TCP/IP, firewall, LAN switching ,IP routing and WINS
  • Technically solid in all-round IT infrastructure, cloud, Google Workspace, back-up solutions, network, server, storage, service management aspects
  • Good at troubleshooting skills on networking issues and incidents
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, with good communication skills and a can-do attitude
