Job Responsibilities:

• Complete purchase requisition form with the brand name, type, specification, quantity and the required delivery time.
• Check and inspect materials as per Material Inspection Checklist, Architect's approval and Contract Specification.
• Prepare and keep daily material delivery record and delivery orders.
• Prepare material/tools inventory record and summary for all hand tools or equipment use on site.
• Prepare monthly concrete and rebar use record and submit to Project Management Team and Purchasing Department, to monitor material usage under allowable wastage.
• Check inventory stock regularly and maintain proper record for material inspection, dispatch and inventory.
• Follow corporate policy to manage remaining stocks.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with Certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2 years' relevant experiences in building construction.
