Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and handle all incoming calls
• Arrange meeting room bookings and maintain the visitor's record
• Handle daily incoming mail registration, allocation and distribution
• Arrange courier & mailing services
• Assist in processing invoices and ordering office supplies
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• DSE/ Five passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese
• Past working experience in handling administration / clerical works 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
