Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily payment and receipt, following up outstanding matters, Independent preparing financial statements

• Prepare interim and period-end schedules and bank reconciliatio

• Finance data analysis including fluctuation analysis

• Perform month-end closing including journal entry postings, provisions and accruals etc.

• Liaise with various departments and external parties including auditors

• Management cash flow and budget 

•  

  Reporting to Finance Manager and assist in consolidation and various ad hoc reporting functions

   

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder/ Higher Diploma in accounting or above
• Professional qualification such as HKICPA or similar will be considered a plus.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferably in construction company, and listed company will as well

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and teamwork, eagerness to learn and improve

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability

• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines

• Knowledge and good command of Yonyou is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
