Job Responsibilities:

• Complete purchase requisition forms based on brand names, models, specifications, quantities, and required delivery times.
• Inspect and accept materials based on material inspection checklists, architect approvals, and contract specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily records of material deliveries and delivery receipts.
• Prepare material / tool lists and summaries for all manual tools or equipment used on-site.
• Compile monthly records of concrete and reinforcement steel usage and submit them to the Construction team and Purchasing Department to monitor allowable material wastage.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain appropriate records of material inspections, deliveries, and stock.
• Manage remaining stock in accordance with company policies.
• Provide assistance in the material controller's tasks for other projects and also deliver training to material controllers.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably possess a certificate in architecture, civil / structural engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Preferably have 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong experience in housing or ASD projects is highly recommended.
