Business Associate

Responsibilities

As a Business Associate, you will begin with a comprehensive orientation that enhances your understanding of our corporate culture, management practices, and basic garment manufacturing and product knowledge. This foundation will set you up for success. Throughout the programme, you will receive industry-specific and technical training to further develop your professional know-how and business acumen.

Upon graduation, you will be responsible for managing a customer account, identifying their needs, and providing professional advice. You will oversee the full range of sales orders, leading a merchandising team to ensure timely delivery and quality satisfaction throughout the product development and bulk production process. Collaboration with various departments on cost management and analysis will also be a key aspect of your role.

Requirements

• A university graduate in Business, Management, or a related subject
• Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of working experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Demonstrates a methodical, logical, and solution-driven approach with a drive for achieving excellence
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Displays openness, teamwork, and integrity, serving as a role model for others
• Passionate about the garment industry and eager to build a career in this field
• Willingness to be stationed overseas for short or long-term assignments
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
