Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement process optimization and digital initiatives (ERP/P2P, automation tools)
- Develop global sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings
- Manage supplier performance and drive strategic partnerships
- Strengthen procurement governance, KPI tracking, and spend transparency
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-12+ years in procurement/supply chain
- Strong experience in indirect procurement and global sourcing
- Proven track record in cost optimization and transformation
- Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- Frequent business travel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.)
