Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure smooth development, sample management, fabric order, and order fulfilment to exceed customer expectations.

• Collaborate closely with customers' counterparts to execute customer marketing strategies.

• Assist in budgeting and maintain service quality to enhance client satisfaction.

• Lead the product development team to implement co-creation projects and new developments to meet customer needs and business strategies.

• Work closely with the factory R&D team during product development to secure orders.

• Collaborate with fabric suppliers to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

• Drive the team to provide excellent services and ensure order fulfilment.

• Evaluate and enhance the team's capabilities, technical skills, and knowledge in standard procedures.

Requirements:

• University graduate is preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of management experience with 3 years leading product development, sample development, and order fulfilment teams.

• Proven record in managing sizable customers.

• Production and operation experience in a garment group.

• Strong Supply Chain expertise from raw materials to fulfilment.
