Responsibilities:

• Responsible for review and quality assurance for financial reporting and consolidation for group reporting. 
• Provide day-to-day technical support in audit and accounting related matters for Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries.    
• Liaise with external auditors for audit matters.
• Draft and review financial statements of Hong Kong and overseas companies.
• Assist in company secretarial duties. Experience in company secretarial function would be an advantage.
• Assist in tax computation for Hong Kong companies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.                       

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalents.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or auditing. Candidates from Big 4 and second tier audit firms are preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong or international accounting standards and relevant tax rules.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP and S4 HANA is an advantage.
• Independent, analytical, well organized and responsible.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of accuracy and carefulness.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
