Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and govern procurement master data (supplier, material, pricing)
- Prepare spend analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking (e.g., PPV, cost savings)
- Support ERP/P2P systems and procurement workflows (PR-PO, approvals)
- Drive automation initiatives (RPA, Power Automate, reporting tools)
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and regional teams for data consolidation and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, or system support
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Exposure to ERP/P2P systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UIPath) is an advantage
- Detail-minded, analytical, and able to work across teams
- Frequent Business Travcel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.)
