Job description:
Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with Logistics, Sales, Merchandising, Finance, ISD and factory. The accountabilities of this position include:
- Evaluate, map, analyse, and enhance end to end supply chain operation or technology processes to optimize process efficiency, reduce processing time, and mitigate risks.
- Gather and analyse data sets to identify process gaps in quality, reliability, efficiency, and risk that can be optimized through process redesign or enhancement.
- Responsible for process analysis, tools development, implementation, and management.
- Lead supply chain BI development/RPA projects using various tools/ technologies.
- Provide training to operation team to ensure smooth implementation and support post implementation tool maintenance to resolve any potential issues.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures of End-to-End Supply Chain.
- Develop metrics/dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide visibility and support decision making.
- Support system transition and help operation team transit from current to future state. Minimize business disruption by bridging the gap between systems, technology, and people.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data science/analytics, insights, strategy, business intelligence, or supply chain data management.
- Strong proficiency in Python (or R) for data analysis and tool development.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP system SAP is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting complex data insights to senior leadership and C-suite.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Frequent Business Travel is required (to: Mainland China, Vietnam, Bangladesh or other SEA countries).
