We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join a leading garment manufacturing group in South East Asia.

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the factory’s Finance and Accounting function, ensuring sound financial control, compliance, and performance management to support sustainable business growth.

In addition to core finance responsibilities, the role will also oversee Administration (ADM) and provide supporting oversight (dotted-line) to HR, Logistics, and ISD (Information Services) departments to ensure alignment with corporate standards and smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

• Drive financial planning and analysis to support operational performance and cost efficiency.

• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with local accounting, tax, and labor regulations.

• Provide strategic financial advice to factory leadership and collaborate with the corporate finance team.

• Oversee ADM and coordinate with HR, Logistics, and ISD teams to ensure efficient administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing (preferably garment industry and overseas), with at least 5 years in a senior finance management role.

• Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, cost control, and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.

• Good command of both English and Chinese

• Station in South East Asia is required
