About the role

Cube Spatial Design Limited is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join their dynamic team in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating innovative and functional interior design solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into practical, visually appealing interiors

2. Producing detailed design concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and project documentation

3. Sourcing and selecting materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the project's aesthetic and budget

4. Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects

5. Providing ongoing support and addressing any design-related queries or concerns throughout the project lifecycle

6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in interior design

What we're looking for

1. 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or office interior design

2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

3. Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design, and material selection

4. Excellent communication and client management skills

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required

6. High Dip. or above in Interior Design or a related field
