About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Cube Spatial Design Limited in the Wan Chai District. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality interior office fitting out projects. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure the successful completion of each assignment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate site activities, including supervising workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project

• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the work is carried out to the highest standards

• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to optimise efficiency and productivity

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project, including progress reports, timesheets, and quality control

• Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that may impact the project timeline or budget

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior office fitting out industry

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and health and safety requirements

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documents

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

• Familiarity with project management software and digital tools used in the construction industry
