Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the clinic daily operation including giving assistance during the doctor and physiotherapist consultation;

• Manage booking system and respond to booking requests; coordinate and follow up with clients on their status and consultation appointments;

• Provide clerical support, including patient registration, patient record scanning and handle post consultation follow up including imaging booking and OT booking;

• Perform blood taking procedure and electrocardiogram (ECG) test for clients;

• Consultation room set up and facility management; responsible for consumable order, inventory control and equipment operation; 

• Handle patient discharge and payment collection; and

• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).

主要職責

• 負責協助醫生 / 物理治療師日常臨床診症工作

• 協助文書工作，如預約、接待服務、資料輸入、存檔、及處理查詢等

• 負責協助抽血，心電圖操作和預約手術程序等日常臨床操作及診症跟進事宜

• 負責準備、清潔、消毒及定期檢查儀器

• 進行盤點及確保足夠及適當的物資存量

• 處理收款及相關事宜

• 執行上司指派的其他工作
  

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary Education

• Working experience in clinic or hospital is preferred

• Holder of Venipuncture & Blood Taking Certificate is an advantage

• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

• Demonstrable personal commitment in providing safe and quality patient care services

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
