Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical appointment bookings and respond to general enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

• Deliver high-quality customer service in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner

• Perform administrative duties, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of document records, and general clerical support

• Undertake other duties (in the capacity of Customer Service Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

• Work on a shift basis, with primary coverage during evening shift (e.g., 14:45-23:30)

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Health Management, Hospitality Management or Customer Service related disciplines

• At least 2 years' customer service experience preferably in health care, medical insurance industry or hospitality industry

• Experience in call handling or a customer service role is required; experience in healthcare or a hospital setting is preferred

• Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated

• Responsible, able to handle multiple tasks independently

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Proficient in MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
