About the role

Cyber Shipping Limited is seeking a Shipping Operations Clerk to join our team in Kwai Fong, Kwai Tsing District (Near Kwai Fong MTR Station) .This full-time role will involve providing shipping and operational support to our feeder and logistics business. 5.5-day work week, long and short weeks on Saturdays.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other shipping paperwork

• Liaising with clients to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing

• Providing general administrative support to the wider logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics-related role, preferably in a feeder / river boat (中港內河船) function

• Good communication and time management skills

• Knowing basic in using relevant shipping software and systems (eg. one port 一路通系統)

• Knowing basic Microsoft software, Excel, Word, 中文輸入法

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (DSE) or above

• Fair in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Immediate availability is preferred
