Field Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provides systems, networking, backup solution, hybrid and public clouds support to customers

  • Perform hardware and software installations such as servers, workstation PC, mobile devices, backup and restore products, branded gateway security products and bare metal hypervisor platforms

  • Support of Windows and Linux based platforms; such as messaging, database, web server, virtual server platforms and backup solutions

  • Outdoor working is required to attend routine on premises support service jobs

  • Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • T.I. / Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

  • With relevant working experience in IT field is preferable but not essential

  • With MCSE or CCNA credential is an advantage

  • Good communication skill and customer oriented behavior
