We are looking for a multimedia designer to deliver a full spectrum of design and production services to the company, including providing creative ideas and concept development of marketing campaigns; marketing collaterals; online advertisements and social media materials; and supporting publicity events of the company to enhance its brand awareness and image-building.

Responsibilities:

• Designing visually stunning and responsive web interfaces that align with our brand and user requirements

• Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices

• Continuously optimising designs to improve user engagement and conversion rates

• Conducting user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions

• Create high-quality graphic design for printed /digital content, including conception, art direction, development, and delivery of creative solutions;

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional parties to understand design requirements and user behaviors, ensuring a seamless user experience;

• Drive changes to improve work quality, review final designs, and suggest improvement when necessary;

• Assist in designing, managing website and social media; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• A recognised degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Visual Arts or a related discipline;

• At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in multimedia design, development, and graphic design;

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop;

• A keen eye for details and high expectations of quality and delivery; strong sense of creativity and design, and responsibility; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently;

• Knowledge and experience of UI/UX design, Adobe InDesign, and basic HTML and CSS will be an advantage; and

• Immediately availability is preferred.
