Job Description 
Responsibilities    

  • Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality control of works are strictly followed 
  • Check on site to ensure all installed materials comply with contract specifications and working procedures 
  • Monitor the progress and carry out site inspection, testing and commissioning of building services installations 
  • Assist project team / consultants to deal with and resolve all technical issues on site 
  • Monitor contractors' defect rectification works and deliver quality results within timeline 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
  • Proficiency in computer applications like AutoCAD, MS Office and Project
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good communication and site management skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-discipline
  • Good interpersonal skills
