Job Duties:

• Manage the entire design process from concept development, sketching, CADs, Tech Pack creation to fittings and pre-production samples, and submit design proposals based on design direction and product strategy

• Research of seasonal trends, colours, fabrications, styling and details. Analyze and edit research through the lens of our brand DNA

• Work closely with merchandising and buying team throughout the whole development process

• Sourcing, selecting fabric & trims and communication with suppliers

• Present sketches and samples to cross-functional teams and external partners during seasonal product meetings

• Assist in styling and lookbook shooting

• Create fashion graphics with seasonal direction & brand aesthetics
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in fashion design or related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in fashion design (less experience will be considered)

• Experience in menswear design is a plus

• With forward-looking vision, creative, energetic, and strong fashion sense and passion to work with growing brands

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong fashion sense and technical skills

• Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player

• Understanding of international and Asia market trends, lifestyles, and customer needs in both the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Putonghua, Cantonese, and Japanese.
