Customer Service Coordinator Air Freight
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Air Freight team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth coordination of air freight shipments and delivering good service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
COLLABORATE: your responsibilities
Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (import/export)
Coordinate with operations, overseas offices, and customers on bookings and updates
Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates
Handle customer enquiries, overseas agent communication, and documentation
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, customs)
Follow up on routing orders and ensure SOP compliance
CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications
Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
2–5 years of experience in air freight customer service or freight forwarding industry
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
