Customer Service Manager Air Freight

We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Air Freight Department. This role plays a key part to take the lead in driving exceptional service delivery and guiding our customer service team to success.

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Lead a customer service team to ensure seamless daily operations in air freight export and import

• Ensure customers receive exceptional service, fostering strong relationships

• Support Sales and Implementation in onboarding new customers

• Build and develop a high-performing, passionate customer service team

• Manage tender process, ensuring strategic and competitive contract proposals

• Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards

• Act as a key escalation point, providing guidance and support to your team

• Regularly update management on operational developments and improvements
  

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics Management or related fields

• 8-10 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding field with 5 years supervisory role

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

• Good computer knowledge in MS office skills especially in Excel

• Self-motivated, pro-active and detail-oriented work approach

• Mature, able to work under pressure & independently
