Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup of new brands and overseas yacht business companies, including contract review and Capex investment monitoring.
• Oversee business investment and development activities for new brands and overseas operations.
• Manage inventory control, monthly financial flash reports, month-end closing, and P&L and balance sheet schedule reviews.
• Prepare and submit rolling forecasts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets for new brands and overseas businesses.
• Provide operational support for new business units, including credit control, ePO approval, production orders, and eSystem setup (D365 & HFM processes).
• Handle audit schedules, draft accounts, and ensure compliance with requirements for new entities of new brands and overseas businesses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, financial planning, and operational support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in D365 and HFM systems.
• Experience in the yacht industry or related sectors will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of international business regulations and compliance.
