Responsibilities:
 

• Support and coordinate Hong Kong and overseas ERP implementation projects

• Partner with business users to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

• Analyse and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.

• Support project delivery activities, including requirement clarification, solution review, implementation, and post-go-live support.

• Provide application support for business-critical systems and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external vendors.

• Prepare project documentation, user guides, process flows, and training materials.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

• Provide ad-hoc application support for business-critical systems, including troubleshooting, issue investigation, user enquiries, incident resolution, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

• Monitor and follow up on support tickets, change requests, and system enhancement requests.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis

• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.

• Experience in ERP or enterprise application implementation projects

• Familiar with SQL, with database concept is preferrable

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
