Human Resources & Administration Manager

The Job:

  • Reporting to General Manager – Corporate Services, this incumbent will provide professional support in managing key HR functions including   compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, organizational restructure, employee relations and CSR.
  • Provide quality HR advisory services and solutions to internal customers.
  • Assist in formulation and execution of HR policies and projects.
  • Proactively liaise with line managers and HR personnel in different locations in planning and implementing HR strategies.
  • Take charge of administration of office and retail shops
  • Play a key role in HRIS enhancement and office administration automation.

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years solid Human Resources experience with at least 5 years in managerial level, preferably with experience in wholesale and retail industry.
  • Thorough knowledge in Human Resources strategic planning and Employment Ordinance and practices.
  • Experience in formulating and executing learning and development plan is preferred.
  • A good team player with strong analytical ability and communication skill.
  • Excellent command of both written English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Strong PC literacy and HRIS knowledge
