Customer Service Executive

Working Environment

Successful candidates will join our Customer Service & Service Engineering team, acts as the primary point of contact between DCL and our clients, ensuring a high-quality experience and resolving issues effectively. For the right candidate, we will offer practical on-job training and provide excellent career path in the future.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contracts and quotations preparation: Preparing Quotations, SLA (Service Level Agreement) or Contracts from time to time in customer service team from time to time.  
  • Orders Management: Follow through both the internal and external procedures related to all projects created under customer service team.  
  • Inquiry Management: Handling customer questions via phone, email and documents while providing reliable product or service information.
  • Problem Resolution: Identifying concerns, resolving complaints, and processing orders or claims.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems, documenting queries, and preparing service reports.

Qualifications

  • A Certificate/Diploma in Administration or a commerce degree is preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience in the IT, engineering, or related industry will be an advantage. 

Performance Metrics

  • Able to maintain a good trust with all existing customers.
  • Achieving a high percentage of maintenance contracts renewal.
  • Data integrity within the CRM.
  • Speed and accuracy of quote generation.
