R&D Software Engineer

Working Environment

Successful candidates will be working under the R&D team, responsible for product research, development, and documentation. Our team creates data center related products that sells to the international market. We are looking for passionate and self-motivated individuals who want to create attractive products and see them through to commercializing on the market. Since the formation of the team 5 years ago we have already sold to multiple regions in Asia.

 

The team also gets to work with cutting edge technologies such as GPU servers from time to time, and work with our project team to deliver the products to our vast customer base.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Diploma graduate in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • With at least 1-2 years solid working experience in E&M or IT or Software fields. For those with less experience, we will start with the title “Assistant software program engineer”.
  • Candidate must be comfortable with the Linux environment, Windows Server administration will be an advantage (Active Directory, Azure).
  • A comprehensive understanding of Docker systems and Docker networking is a significant advantage for candidates.
  • Candidates with a basic understanding of Power or Uninterruptible Power Supplies, or computer room (server room) setup will be an advantage.
  • Candidate must have a solid understanding of network stack, certification or experience in network configuration will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who display deep understanding of monitoring protocols such as SNMP will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who have worked with MQTT or other IoT technologies will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who have worked with ESP32 or ESP IDF will be a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work with a team and hit deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • With good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
