Job Duties: 

• Handle full sets of accounting including AR, AP, GL, P/L report, Balance Sheet.

• Monitor operational expenses and follow up sales statistics.

• Liaison with auditor firm for financial audits

• Preparation of monthly financial reports with analysis and schedules.

• Update Kingdee with accurate data input on inventory and financial data.　

• Handling transactions of multiple companies under De Hua group including also property rentals.

• Support the financial director on finance daily operation including reconciliation of financial records with China offices and vendors.

• Handling inventory reconciliation with China offices on monthly basis.

• Preparation of Annual financial report for the company and consolidated financial report for the group.

• Drafting all invoices and data entry for all vouchers.

Preparation of banking documents (L/C、L/G) and monitor the credit lin

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or at least 3 years in the accounting or finance, or any related discipline is welcomed. At least 2 years solid working experience in trading industry is preferred. Candidates must have work experience in the corresponding areas.

• Good command of both written & spoken English & Putonghua.

• Computer proficiency in MS Office, MYOB, Kingdee (Kingdee is a must)

• Internet banking.
