JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct regular visits to mainland China to identify new sales opportunities and execute daily business plans to maximize company growth. Liaise with mainland colleagues to enhance communication and bridge cultural differences between the two regions.

• Oversee the entire process from production to sales, including product procurement, sales, development, pricing, and logistics.

• Manage the Hong Kong sales team and maintain effective communication with the mainland team.

• Regularly submit sales reports and work toward achieving annual sales targets.

• Develop annual sales plans and strategies.

• Possess knowledge of eco-friendly corporate gifts and demonstrate a passion for environmentally related industries.

主要職責/工作:

• 定期拜訪國內，尋找新的銷售機會並執行日常業務計劃以最大限度地實現公司成長，與國內同事對接，加強溝通，減少兩地的文化差異。

• 負責產品採購、銷售、開發、定價、物流從生產到銷售的整個過程。

• 管理香港銷售團隊，與國內團隊進行溝通。

• 定期遞交銷售報告，向整年的銷售目標邁進。

• 訂製整年的銷售計劃和銷售策略。

• 對環保企業禮品有一定的認識，熱衷環保相關的產業

• 透過提供最好的產品和服務與客戶建立長期的業務關係，以最大限度地實現我們的業務成長。

Job requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years in sales position, preferably in gift, advertising, packaging, printing industries. (Less experience will be considered as business development executive/ manager )

• Good communication & Negotiation skills

• Aggressive, outgoing, energetic, result-oriented and customer focused

• Able to explore new accounts and sales opportunities

• 持文​​憑或以上學歷，至少具備2年銷售職缺經驗，有禮品、廣告、包裝、印刷業經驗者佳。 （經驗較少者可考慮為業務發展主任/經理）

• 良好的溝通與談判技巧

• 積極主動、外向開朗、充滿活力、結果導向且以客戶為中心

• 能夠開拓新客戶及銷售機會
