HR Officer (Payroll)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily C&B functions including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration, leave management etc
  • Ensure payroll processing and payments are performed timely and accurately, in compliance with employment ordinances and legislative requirements
  • Handle taxation matters, including employees' tax return reporting and filing
  • Ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other HR-related regulations.
  • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or Payroll.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Having experience in regional or global HR operations is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
