Position Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer plays a key role within the Hong Kong headquarters, overseeing corporate‑level and regional recruitment alignment across markets such as Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Germany, and Romania. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong talent pipelines in alignment with group standards. As part of the corporate HR team, this position helps ensure consistent recruitment quality and a positive candidate experience across the organization.

Job Functions:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide professional advice on talent market insights, hiring strategies, and selection decisions

• Act as a corporate TA partner, ensuring recruitment processes and standards are aligned across different markets while providing hiring insights from the Hong Kong headquarters

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high‑caliber candidates, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, referral programs, and social recruitment

• Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement initiatives, recruitment marketing, and participation in external events such as career fairs or industry networks

• Utilize recruitment data and market analytics to support decision‑making, optimize hiring processes, and improve recruitment efficiency

• Support group-level talent acquisition initiatives, including technology enhancements, process standardization, and recruitment policy updates

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3–6 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally from sizeable companies or multinational environments

• Preferably with practical experience recruiting engineering or technical talents

• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse hiring portfolios and partnering with stakeholders

• Proactive, detail‑minded, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects with a high degree of ownership

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across markets

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
