Job Responsibilities

• Assist in driving the expansion of the distribution network and client base, delivering sustainable and profitable growth in alignment with Group strategies and business objectives.

• Proactively identify and capitalize on marketing and sales opportunities, leading cross-selling initiatives to acquire new clients while deepening market share with existing relationships.

• Ensure all operational activities adhere strictly to internal policies, established procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining a robust and compliant control environment across the GI business.

• Drive business process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows and uplift overall customer experience standards.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Liaise with various departments across the Group to provide guidance and support in facilitating the development of the insurance business, aiming to achieve targets while maintaining a robust control environment.

• Promote a collaborative working environment between front and back-office teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Finance, Business or relevant disciplines

• 10+ years of relevant experience at a managerial level in insurance operations and sales management, preferably gained from general insurance company

• In-depth understanding of operational controls, workflows and regulatory requirements

• Excellent business visionary with passion and determination to expand the business

• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Valid insurance license holder of IIQE Papers 1 & 2

• Travel to Macau is required
